Shipping policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days if not sooner. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order and your order details such as your shipping address. If your package is shipped to the incorrect address, you as the customer assume full responsibility if that package is not received due to inaccurate order details at the time of order submission. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days or earlier, depending on your shipping method. Depending on the carrier, orders may take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information either via text or email, depending on how you set your notification preferences at checkout.

Shipping Insurance Requirement: To protect your investment, we strongly encourage all customers to purchase package insurance at checkout. Risk of loss or damaged items purchased pass to you the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Just Be Hipie Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier. Customers who opt out of purchasing shipping insurance assume full financial responsibility for unreceived or damaged packages.

Shipping and Order Discounts: We often offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping site wide. Otherwise, you are required to pay shipping costs at least once per shipment. If you submit your order using a free shipping promotional code that is only valid for an add-on order (2nd order placed within the same week) you will be invoiced and billed separately for your shipping costs.
