Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, we offer a strict return window based on the following conditions:

10-Day Return Window: You have exactly 10 days from the date of receiving your merchandise (as marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier's tracking number) to request and initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Merchandise: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and original packaging including tag.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Justbehip.ie@gmail.com with your order number & a description of any issues or concerns. If the return is accepted, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, worn items, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If an exchange or replacement is offered, it may not be for the same exact item you originally received as our inventory and accessibility to such inventory is constantly changing & evolving.

If you have jewelry that becomes damaged, scratched, or missing stones or gems outside of our return policy, that is your responsibility as the consumer to fix or replace at your own costs.

Store Credit & Refunds: We reserve the right to offer store credit before issuing any refund to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved credits will be processed within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7-10 business days for you to see this return fully processed.
