At Just Be Hipie Jewelry LLC,  we take great pride in offering quality jewelry and carefully inspecting every piece before it is shipped. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you receive an item with a quality concern, we are committed to making it right.

Defective or Quality Concerns

If you believe you have received a defective item or have a quality concern with your purchase, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Photos of the item may be requested before a return is approved.

If your return is approved, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item meets the requirements of this policy, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item and may be used toward any future purchase from Just Be Hipie.

Return Window

Requests submitted after the three (3) business day inspection period fall outside of this policy and will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Final Sale

All purchases become final sale after the three (3) business day inspection period has expired.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, exposure to chemicals or water, tarnishing, loss of stones due to impact, or damage that occurs after delivery are not considered quality concerns and are not covered under this policy.
